On linux-x86_64, it looks like treetool needs the libraries in openwin, but not fc4libs.
A bit more testing is needed to verify whether we can get rid of fc4libs from lib-linux-x86_64.

Looks like fc4libs causes problems on falcon. Without fc4libs in the path, it runs. This is
the opposite of what we see on orpheus. We need to find something that will work on all linux-86_64 sysetms
