This directory is for .blinclude files that add a Run button to BLAST or FASTA menus for running database serches
on a remote server. A blprotein menu  will have a line like

    @include   $BIRCH/local/blprotein/PCD/Database/BLASTXlocal.blinclude


pointing to the .blinculde file for a specific program. A .blinclude file 
may be empty.

The BIRCH administrator at a give site must tailor the script 
$BIRCH/local/script/bl_run_hpc.sh
to run jobs on the remote HPC node. This will depend on how your
local system is setup.
