1) Suggested revision: For this example, we can avoid using
the Excluded regions box by simply specifying a range for
both the forward and reverse primers at the top of the Primer-BLAST
window. 

The main advantage of the Excluded region box is if you want to
exclude more than one set of regions.

2) Although Primer-BLAST doesn't have a mechanism for saving the
primer results, you can copy the table and past it into a document eg. LibreOffice
Writer or Seamonkey Composer.
