This directory is for local BIRCH documentation database.

birchdocdb.local-generic.sqlite - On install or update of BIRCH, this file
    will be renamed birchdocdb.local.sqlite and will be populated with
    the data from the local documentation database.
    
birchdocdb.local-generic.sqlite can be generated by

sqlitestudiocli birchdocdb.local-generic.sqlite < birchdocdb.local-generic.sql

The resultant database will have tables for command types, categories and platforms, 
but all other table will be empty. The local BIRCH administrator can
add records to tables for locally-installed programs and documentation.
